Coaching is not asking just a few questions and then saying "This is what you should do..." - that's giving advice and is more like consulting. In a coaching relationship, the coach does not lead from the front. Instead the coach leads from behind, where you, our client, chooses the way forward. Our approach to coaching is inspired and influenced by the teachings of the Hudson Institute of Coaching, the market leader in professional coaching development.

Consulting

Being in the service of others through solving problems is the core of what we do.  Our years of experience bring us a varied and unique perspective into the challenges that organizations face today.  Our background in IT consulting in the commercial and Federal space affords us a wide range of expertise to offer.  

The typical engagement for us is strategic and focused on your specific goals.  Engagements can take a variety of forms, usually as a retainer of weekly or monthly hours.  Our goal is to set you up with the tools for sustained success, not to build a dependency on us.  While we have experience in a range of frameworks and approaches, we take a holistic approach that zooms out to view the entire system of work.
